The entire staff is so friendly and kind. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Merai get to know their patients on a personal level and provide the best specialized wellness plan. I personally had strong lower back pain when I entered their office, and over these recent months my pain has dissipated and my posture has greatly improved. With suggested stretches to go along with weekly adjustments, I now feel light and limber. Highly recommend a visit.
In November 2024, I had a bad cut on my left index finger that was deep and required 4 stitches. When I mentioned this during one of my chiropractic sessions, they told me that shockwave therapy might help speed up the healing. After just five sessions, I went from not being able to use my finger at all to being able to grip things and apply pressure. I'm so thankful to Integra Health for getting me started on shockwave therapy. Plus, over a year of chiropractic treatments has really helped with the pain in my neck and lower back. It's a great clinic!
I began experiencing numbness in my foot and was told I had a slight case of neuropathy. I began the treatment for neuropathy while simultaneously receiving treatment for my sore back. To my surprise, the PRP treatment plan for the neuropathy has almost completely removed the numbness in my foot! To top it off, they were able to alleviate the back pain AND relax my IT band which troubled me for two years! I feel 100% and at 61, I feel capable of getting back to the high level of physical fitness activity that I enjoy.
I have been coming here since 2009. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Merai, especially for pre-natal, post-natal, and pediatric chiropractic care. She provided so much relief for my health issues during pregnancy and ensured my pelvis was aligned for a healthy delivery. Then I brought my infant too!
Everyone who works there is warm and friendly and very professional. Dr Thomas and the chiropractic team are excellent and take great care of me whether it be an urgent adjustment or monthly maintenance or a massage. As someone who has suffered from neck and back pain for years, I highly recommend them. They also take insurance which is a real bonus!
